Slim Thinking is a lifestyle with sustainable weight loss at its heart. No fad diets or quick fixes – it’s a new way of thinking that finally puts you in control.

We’ve already come a long way – as have many of our clients. Our clear vision helps to drive us forward and it’s the reason why Slim Thinking exists:

To change a generation’s relationship with food so that they can pass it onto the next generation and create a more sustainable, emotionally healthy approach to food and drink.

We’re on a mission to improve the relationship you have with yourself, your body and the food you eat to create sustainable and permanent weight control. 

That’s easy to say, but we also understand how hard it can be – from personal experience and as mindset coaches and qualified hypnotherapists.

I’m a clinical hypnotherapist and mindset coach. And I’m super-passionate about the mind and the power it has on our behaviour and outcomes.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of people retrain their brains and improve results in weight loss, money, business, performance, relationships and trauma. 

Slim Thinking is a culmination of what I’ve always known plus what I’ve learnt as a mindset coach and hypnotherapist.

OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD

THE WAY I SEE IT

Why do we have such high rates of obesity alongside a health and wellness industry that’s worth billions? Something’s not working. Something’s missing. And I believe it’s mindset.

Long before I set up Slim Thinking, I was a slim thinker. But I haven't always had a positive relationship with food and drink. I’ve used food as a comfort. At times, food and drink have been a stress buffer. And when I worked as a makeup artist in the fashion industry, I was constantly surrounded by unhealthy habits and falsehoods around food.

Thanks to my mum and the belief system she instilled from a young age, I’ve found weight management easier than most. And definitely easier than my mum who was on a yoyo-dieting rollercoaster for 40 years. You name the diet, mum did it. Always in a committed, disciplined and motivated way – she never cheated!

Yet, my mum would always end up back at square one. So, it simply cannot be just about calorie deficit and exercise. Sure, they’re vital parts of success – and for health and well-being generally – but mindset is the game changer.

 

So, Slim Thinking was born. From a desire to change a generation’s relationship with food. And from a belief that uncovering the emotional charge and habits around food can help anyone achieve lasting results without calorie counting or extreme exercise.

You can solve almost anything by focusing the power of your mind. That includes what’s stopping you from achieving your ideal weight forever – and I’m here to help you do it.
